Originally from Catania, Sicily, Italy, I spent several years in New York City before settling with my family in sunny San Diego in 2019.

Since then, I've embraced this city's vibrant lifestyle and love sharing its endless opportunities.

My love for food began in my grandmother's kitchen back in Sicily. Cooking and sharing meals with her taught me to appreciate life's simple pleasures. Now, I enjoy cooking for my wife, friends, and anyone who loves good food, wine, cocktails, and conversation.

I'm always experimenting, from traditional Italian dishes to creative new combinations. Having owned a coffee shop in New York, a cocktail bar, and served as a G.M. in Sicily, my experience in hospitality deepened my passion for food and drinks.

Outside the kitchen, you'll often find me behind a camera, capturing sunrises, nature, and street scenes. I'm also passionate about art, especially using watercolors and oil pastels. For a burst of adrenaline, I ride my DUCATI Scrambler, blending my love for motorsports with San Diego's scenic routes.
