This 1,844-square-foot Mid-Century home, originally built in 1957 and fully reimagined in 2024, became their headquarters for both life and business. Surrounded by rich pine-wood awnings with recessed lighting, the property blends architectural elegance with modern functionality. Multiple-zoned surround sound, a gourmet kitchen outfitted with Viking appliances, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow transformed our daily routines into something purposeful and inspiring. One moment they were sketching product ideas at the kitchen island; the next, they were testing packaging concepts on the patio or taking a strategic pause in the spa pool before diving back into work. The three en-suite bedrooms, lined with custom walnut closets, offered a private retreat after high-intensity days and space for quests or other teammates. The primary suite, with its fireplace and spa-style bathroom, became a place for reflection and clarity. Even their dog, Tutuna, found her own joy in the backyard part private park, part of the creative think space. The Flanco House became a physical embodiment of the Octobuddy ethos: maximizing available space and tools with elegance and purpose. Just as their products transform a smartphone into something more versatile and personal, this home transformed into a multi-functional hub for innovation, partnership, and growth.
